Where it all started
FOUNDER GET EVEN YOGA
I first used "Get Even" for a blog created more than 10 years ago call Get Even Girl.
What began as a resource (and platform to vent) for solo mothers whose coparents were non-supportive quickly turned into a space for healing and encouragement. Getting even became more about finding balance within than seeking revenge for being abandoned in parenthood. Though the blog was short-lived, I held on to the name. I knew I'd use it for something special one day!
Today is that day!
At Get Even Yoga, we offer therapeutic yoga services to support your wellness goals. Using lifestyle medicine—breath work, meditation, and physical postures— we support our clients in cultivating safety, self-awareness, and authentic connection—within themselves and in relationship to others.
